the budget double room was a good deal (considering my travel budget). it was nice and neat. free wifi was available, and it worked without issue.
the sink was a bit small, making it difficult to fill the kettle completely.

i really appreciated the convenient location. it was close to many attractions. the staff resolved a couple of minor issues promptly and efficiently. the room was clean, and i found that quite important.
i noticed some raised flooring on the landing. it was a little concerning. i think they could improve this.

the staff were friendly i found the rooms to have a wardrobe plus an ironing board i could request an iron if needed the location was great. the person at check-in was lovely and helpful it. we found good value for money there.
i waited a bit for someone to appear at reception.

the room had some cleanliness issues. there was also a noticeable damp smell. these issues affected my overall experience. i would have preferred a cleaner environment.
